We have been customers of the Wagner’s for a long time. They are fantastic to work with. A spring storm destroyed our shore station with the pontoon docked on it. Josh had surveyed the damage before I had even called him. He talked with our insurance company and worked everything out. We had our new station within 2 weeks.

I have been using Wagner’s for my annual boat lift in and out for several years. They are extremely responsive and great in coordinating with my boat storage provider to make it all work. When we’ve needed lift adjustments during the season, usually due to low water conditions, they’ve got it done so we could continue using our pontoon through the summer. We had significant wind damage to our lift last August which resulted in a need for a full replacement insurance claim. Josh diagnosed the issues and met with us to show replacement options around the lake (previous Wagner lift installations). Our new lift is ordered and we’re excited to have it installed for the 2023 season!

I used Wagner's to help convert my V-Hull lift to accommodate a Tri-Toon. Josh was very responsive from the fist call, to coming out to my dock to see exactly what I needed. Wagner's came out to repair / replace (on warranty) a boat lift motor that had broken. Josh and team were responsive, easy to communicate with, and completed the work without any hassle to me. The boat lift is working great two years later, so I think the work was done well too!

I had a complicated job that a different contractor had attempted to remedy and failed. Our old dock posts were buried in decades worth of sand and silt and were a rusting, dangerous eyesore. Josh and his crew had the right equipment to get the job done.

Josh is awesome. Has always gone above and beyond for me. If I need something during the season he always shows up and fixes the issue. He does much more than just put in/take out lifts and piers. He's always available for whatever issue you have with your lift and/or pier.
